When the road is long, remember to live in the moment, you are not alone.

You know what I always think about when I see a picture like this? The Robert Frost poem “The Road Not Taken” – especially the part at the end that says:
“Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.”.
It’s what I try to hold onto when I think about the long IF journey – and the hope that, some day, I’ll be able to gaze lovingly into the face of our children and think, this difficult, heartbreaking road was definitely worth taking! 🙂
Yes! And even if the journey doesn’t end how you wanted it to, it may lead you to a place where you’re supposed to be. In my case, I think I’m finding it!
That’s what I keep trying to tell myself, too 🙂
