About our last embryo

I have Endometriosis, Adenomyosis and Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. I've had Lyme, Bell's Palsy and the Shingles before I was 25. I've done IVF twice, with and without immunosuppression and FET. I am married to my best friend and I am Infertile.

    You know what I always think about when I see a picture like this? The Robert Frost poem “The Road Not Taken” – especially the part at the end that says:

    “Two roads diverged in a wood, and Iā€”
    I took the one less traveled by,
    And that has made all the difference.”.

    It’s what I try to hold onto when I think about the long IF journey – and the hope that, some day, I’ll be able to gaze lovingly into the face of our children and think, this difficult, heartbreaking road was definitely worth taking! šŸ™‚
